George visited Dores Beach during the late summer of 2010 and built one of his structures made of pebbles and stones from the beach just outside the Dores Inn.

George is homeless and is walking the coastline of the UK building his stone structures as he goes, to raise awareness of homelessness issues. He stayed on Dores beach in a tent for several weeks and become popular with visitors and locals alike.
